"It’s a beautiful property with amazing access to the beach, but the rooms are old. It needs refurbishment, and it needs a lot of love. (to be honest it is not a five star room to any standards.) however the staff is amazing. Amazing breakfast the most beautiful view you can imagine and private access to the beach. Makes it a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for a four star hotel "

"We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of...

"The hot tub and pool located in another building that is a 10 minute walk away. I booked this hotel expecting this to be in the building because it was a rainy weekend. I am very disappointed that the hotel offered zero support to move my reservation to the actual building of the hot tub and pool location. It is false advertising to say they have this and expect people to go to another location 5 buildings away in the rain and cold."

"Property generally good, needs a bit of TLC in parts. Paid extra for a sea view that was blocked by palm trees 🌴. Breakfast good but a bit chaotic."
