"Front desk lady was kind, but charged us twice for our room saying Expedia hadn’t done there part of the process. Room smelt so bad, like an ash tray even though it was non smoking. Needed towels and sheets for the pull out bed, but front staff was the only one working, so we have to go to the front desk. Room was average clean. Bathroom was less then average. Tub was gross. "My family enjoyed the hotel and staff however we experienced a couple of large waterbug on our room wall over the headboard and in the closet. Additionally the jacuzzi jets were missing and didn't provided a therapeutic experience in any of the jacuzzis. Hopefully you'll have someone address these issues especially the large waterbugs or large roaches, after trying to catch and kill them, we had to place a large towel under the main room door. "

"Just overall a sad, mediocre hotel chain. No continental breakfast but even the restaurant had no staff, no one eating there, looked closed down. Rooms are decently clean but I did see a roach and have to clean it. We were there for 5 days and they don’t clean your room dailyZ. They only cleaned once despite me asking several times and them agreeing. Shuttle service was good though. Just overall a 6/10 which is exactly essentially what their rating is. "The room had roaches and when brought to the attention of the manager, first he didn't believe me until i took one to the front desk in a cup. I ask for another room they would not change my room. Had to biy bug spray😡😤 disgusting "

"This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...

"It felt unsafe as there is nobody there. You have to check in with a machine with people who barely speak English. At least we did not understand what they said. If there is any problem, you can't get help as there is no one on site. I'd not recommend this place."
