"First of all the area is beautiful and the property is amazing. The detail the host put into the location is outstanding. Anyone who loves The Hobbit will love this place. However, it is not for anyone with mobility issues. To get to the sleeping areas or only bathroom you need to be able to step up over a large and wide threshold from the big round door.
