Lake Activities are at your own risk. Understand this is a lake and `lake creatures` are in there.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any major issues with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency. Check-out is 10am
