"I enjoyed my stay -- the owner was communicative and flexible and it is clear they have thought of all the little things that folks might want for their stay. This spot is especially good for folks who need to work on the road. I particularly enjoyed having the extra monitor. This is an older house and comes with the charms of an older house, which I prefer over a chain hotel any day. "

"I totally enjoyed this one-room stay. The host was always responsive if I had a question. Off street parking was valuable. The room was clean and the two sink bathroom was very handy. There was plenty of seating and a comfortable desk to work at. I used this place to hop into San Francisco everyday. BART was a short 10 minute drive away. Thanks for the stay."

"This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people. We finally found more towels in a cabinet upstairs, but had to go buy washcloths. In the kitchen, there were no towels to dry or...

"I stayed here for a few days because my daughter was admitted to UC Berkeley, and she was invited to a few events being held at the school for admitted students. The location of this place is very convenient as it is a 14 min drive from UC Berkeley. However, you won’t be able to walk from this place to Berkeley because you have to take a minor highway to get to the university.
