"Great welcome from a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The traffic was loud day and at night, we were given ear plugs but they weren’t particularly useful against the noise. That is the only negative, beautiful house , well presented and everything is thought of. "

"Quiet atmosphere of Suberb outside the busy city with a convenient easy to use tram and on the route of the hop on hop off tour bus. Great place to stay for a couple of days exploring the city. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold and was typical of continental breakfasts offered by large chain establishments. "

"My experience at Forth House was outstanding from start to finish. The location is ideal—close to Edinburgh’s main attractions yet quiet enough for real comfort. "Great apartment! Even nicer in person than I could have imagined from the photos, which already gave a good impression. Was pleasantly surprised to see my unit had two full bathrooms! For a one bedroom, that was awesome. Wish I could've stayed longer than a day, because it makes a nice retreat. The base of the kitchen sink was the main thing noticeably dirty, which was unfortunate to see. But didn't take away from the whole experience. 15/1 and 15/2 have a deep stairway to get to the apt,...

"I loved the large room with a couch and sitting area. But especially, we really liked Johnathan and the way he took good care of us while at the hotel. Everything from recommendations on dinner to the whisky in the hotel whisky bar. He made everything even that much better. I highly recommend 24 Royal Terrace!"

"Great location in New Town with Old Town just few walkable minutes away. Tram & main train station nearby. Could enjoy Fringe, Tatoo, Film and Book festivals and come back to comfortable space. Loved the secret garden. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Sonder Royal Garden!"

"Great stay! clean, lovely room well remodled in a classic building on a quiet, lovely street, centrally located. One drawback of the old charming building is that there's no elevator, so if you have top floor room be prepared to walk some stairs."
