Room was okay but starting to look tired. Staff at reception was slow and didn't connect at all with us. Couldn't find our reservation and just left us standing there for minutes without telling us what they were doing, asked to see my confirmation three times at which point I started to lose patience. We ended up in the disabled room without any explanation. Room was okay. Breakfast buffet was okay, cooked breakfast average. Porridge flavourless, poached eggs were dry. All of it was okay. Checkout was a disgrace. I checked out in the IHG app, handed the guy the roomkeys and mentioned that and the only thing he did was asking for our room number. Nothing like how was your stay, would love to see you back, what are your plans for the day. Just average, the whole thing. Shame really.
