"Great welcome from a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The traffic was loud day and at night, we were given ear plugs but they weren’t particularly useful against the noise. That is the only negative, beautiful house , well presented and everything is thought of. "

"Quiet atmosphere of Suberb outside the busy city with a convenient easy to use tram and on the route of the hop on hop off tour bus. Great place to stay for a couple of days exploring the city. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold and was typical of continental breakfasts offered by large chain establishments. "

"I loved the large room with a couch and sitting area. But especially, we really liked Johnathan and the way he took good care of us while at the hotel. Everything from recommendations on dinner to the whisky in the hotel whisky bar. He made everything even that much better. I highly recommend 24 Royal Terrace!"

"The bed is incredibly comfortable. The rooms are clean and very quaint. The area around there is perfect in the sense that it is quiet, but there’s outstanding dining and you could walk to the older part of town. The only confusing part is that you need to check in by the iPad. This is easily figured out, but it does add a wrinkle after your transatlantic flight. I would definitely stay here again.
