"Comfortable bed for the night in a beautifully appointed quant bed and breakfast. The staff did an amazing job with a warm, friendly greeting upon every encounter. Don’t let the rule book that accompanies your reservation put you off. This place is worth your time to consider for less expensive option for a stay near everything. "

"Conveniently located next to a subway stop, for easy travel around the city. We took the free shuttle into Backbay from the airport and walked to the hotel. So, I did not look to see whether the subway extended to the airport. The staff take care of everything and are exceptionally nice. They do go all out, EXCEPT, they only offered beverages for breakfast. That was disappointing."

"Very bad experience with staff. There was no communication between teams. Called them in a panic at one am, among many hotels in the area, and asked if they had a room available for immediate checkin after my initial booking overbooked. A guy informed me they did and he would make a note and we could check in at seven am. We get there, and the manager herself basically tells me her nightshift crew is crazy there are no rooms available and I should’ve never been told that. Not sure what happened...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are set up in close proximity to the elevators and you can easily access the restaurant on the ground floor through the same elevator. The location was great, the service was great. The check-in and out process was seamless and easy. They even arranged a taxi for us to the airport as we were traveling very early in the morning with kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "

"Lovely staff all around. The hotel overbooked and so I was asked if I really needed the room type I requested. I paid full price and booked weeks in advance so I presumed it would be ok. I ended up getting a lower floor room and couldn’t even get extra bedding as the hotel was so crowded. Be mindful this may happen. "

"All power in the hotel went out. I had to walk. Down from the 34th floor with my luggage. We were told we would be given a credit for $150 however, I haven’t received it as of yet. "

"Staff were very friendly and the main areas were very clean. Our room did have some faucets that would leak for more than 10 minutes, the lights turned on, randomly, around 12:00 a.m. but these were minor inconveniences. I would recommend staying here for close proximity to medical centers in the area. "
