"It’s a nice looking hotel. However, extremely long line and wait time for check-in. There was only one line and it went from one end of the hotel all the way to the front entrance. Terrible customer service and staff didn’t accommodate for stay. I wasn’t expecting to arrive and have to wait 2+ hours for a room I made advanced reservations for. "Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again! "

"The hotel is in the perfect location! For that reason alone we would stay again. However there was only one working elevator for all 26 floors and that was horrible. It took so long to get up for down (we were on floor 16 so couldn’t even do the stairs). If that’s fixed, this is the perfect hotel for a NYC trip! "Great Location. We had a King suite , lots of room and worth the money. A wealth of restaurants within walking distance . A shout out to the Amsterdam Market across the street. The food to go is excellent, Many mornings grabbed a fresh omelet for $10 and brought it up to the room , The hotel is very clean . The elevators are very slow as it is an older building but thats a minor detail"

"Hotel in great location. close to metro. For an American hotel breakfast , quality and choices were 7/10 for being an included in the price breakfast 10/10! Staff was friendly everything was clean. only issue was the shower water. Only choices were scalding hot or freezing. We learned to work around it."

We left a note to tell the housekeeping crews that we only needed fresh towels and no need to clean. When we came back at night the dirty towels were still there.
