"This room was exactly as advertised! For hotels in New York, we were pleased with our stay and the value. The only downsides are that it was difficult to get the key/lock to work, it took a long time to get hot water, and the outlets were old, so it was difficult to keep something plugged in.
Overall, however, the check in process was easy. The room felt clean, and it had a great window AC unit! Such a great location as well."

"This is an old gem. Our room was like a small studio apt. We had a full kitchenette with apartment size fridge/freezer and a small table eh 2 chairs. We were on the second floor. The decor is dated but who cares. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The location is fabulous. Note that it is a very busy area and you will hear street noise but it quieted down when we went to bed around midnight. I would stay here again."

"The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door.
WiFi went out.
Coffee maker did not work.
Rooms on street side are noisy.
Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told.
Would never recommend. There is no staff on site."

"For the price what I got was disappointing. The TV was falling off its hinges, the toilet paper roll holder was broken and the fire extinguisher had a plastic bag over it. The only positive thing is the location and spaciousness of the room. For the price I expected a bit more"

"Overall, I would def. stay here again. The listing pictures were just what we got. We traveled to NYC as a family of 5, 2 kids 1 toddler and the beds in our room were a lifesaver, plenty of room. We had a nice view and it was located in a great area! Everything was just blocks away. (it is NY, so you are walking 90%of the time anyway) Time square was about 10 blocks but so much to see in between it did not feel far. The parking situation was a little stressful since there is no onsite parking....
