"Rooms are always clean, great for 1 person and no more than a carryon suitcase. I’d recommend a higher level room for a better view when staying in a queen room. My go-to quick trip hotel! "

"The staff was so wonderful, Linda at the desk could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Rooms are big for NYC and we got a great view of the Empire State Building. It's not a brand new hotel so you don't have cutting edge amenities, but everything worked and was clean. Having a good diner accessible from the lobby was a great bonus."

"Great location with cozy rooms. Take note that the stairs may be physically demanding, and the space may be challenging for claustrophobic folks, particularly the restrooms. The heater in our room had issues so the front desk brought us a portable one to use, which was very kind considering the snow storm. This is a great place to stay in NYC for the location and value."

"The room was cozy and well designed to make the best use of space. The shower had incredible water pressure, which felt great after a long day of sightseeing in this arctic winter we are having."
