Luxurious semi-detached 5-person holiday home by the water.

Our water park is located in a unique green location, close to the larger cities of the Netherlands and the beach. Here, you can experience the tranquillity of the surrounding meadows but with entertainment nearby. Amsterdam is just 20 minutes away (by car) from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday. Our park is small-scale and consists of 5 luxury five-person semi-detached holiday homes and 7 detached water villas. All houses feature a terrace by the water (south side). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, spacious fridge and all kitchen accessories. The ground floor features underfloor heating, a separate toilet and a spacious walk-in shower. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The large bedroom features a double Kingsize box-spring bed. The other bedroom has 3 sleeping places, one of which is a single box-spring bed and the other a bunk bed. 

Kwekerij No. 8 and 9, as well as Kwekerij No. 10 and 11 have a connecting door. The connecting doors can be opened with a key. This way, you can have a holiday home that will be suitable for up to 10 people.

When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace by the water. If you feel like fishing, you can just throw out a fishing rod (don't forget your fishing license). Swimming in open nature is also an option. You can get to know the area by bike, but you can, of course, also take a boat out on the water. The quiet polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also ideally suited to explore by canoe or sup board.

You can also enjoy beautiful boat trips from our park. From your garden, you can enjoy fishing and swimming in open nature. If you don't have a boat yourself, you can rent an electric boat. We are happy to help you with that. Boat maps of the area can be purchased at the reception. In the summer months you can make use of our bread service. You can pick these up starting from 8.30 AM; a wonderful way to start a new day of your holiday.

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende dort verbracht und waren alle total begeistert. Eine schöne Unterkunft mit Zugang zum Wasser. Sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand oder auch in anderen Städten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Very pleasant

Great location. Quiet and idyllic on the site and in the surrounding areas. Apart from the SUPs and Kanus, which are available anytime for the guests, you can also rent electric bikes or electric boots from the owners for very fair prices. If you want to, you can cycle to Lisse, Leiden or Gouda. In the greenhouse, where the reception is, you can also play darts, table tennis, or just sit down and chat or read. The owners are very freundly and helpful. Their dog is also very very sweet, well trained and playful. We enjoyed everything here.

Wunderschönen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei De Tulpenacker. Die Besitzer, sprachen gut Deutsch und waren stets hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit, Kanus und SUPs kostenlos zu nutzen, um die Grachten von Roelofarendsveen zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Terrasse hatte einen Blick auf das Wasser und die umliegende Natur. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die ruhige und idyllische Lage, die dennoch zentral genug ist, um viele Attraktionen in der Region leicht zu erreichen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung jedem empfehlen, der eine Mischung aus Entspannung und Aktivurlaub sucht.

Nice vacation

Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt . Allerdings die Größe der Wohnung für 5 Leute anzubieten halte ich für falsch. Es waren zwar 5 Betten vorhanden, aber tagsüber, bei schlechtem Wetter, wird es ein bißchen eng.

Perfect

Perfect position for day trips to Amsterdam and keukenhof. Lovely house beside the water. Kids enjoyed paddle boarding and would happily have played with Mickey the dog all day.

perfect house in a perfect place

The house is perfect. The location of the house is very good , not far from everything: Ansterdam Den Haag, Leiden ... Everything is close. Castles, museums, shopping, big cities ... are easily reachable. The house is big, new, very well equiped, very confortable We felt at home The surroundings are very quiet The staff was present when needed. But we didn't need anything specific because everything was already perfect. View of a canal (in front of the terrasse, I think it is possible to swim from the terrasse in summer?), a windmill and a lot of birds and fields from the terrasse. Extremely peaceful and authentic. Il highly recommend this place, and I am going to do so by emails and messages to all my friends and family, because we had a great holliday, thanks to this place

Wir hatten zwei perfekte Wochen. Ferien direkt an einer Gracht in einer sehr schönen Wohnung, Terrasse am Wasser, die Vermieter überaus nett und zuvorkommend, Kanus vorhanden und SUP-Boards, ein toller See gleich nebenan, kurze Distanzen nach Amsterdam, Leiden und Den Haag, das Meer nicht weit: Was will man mehr?

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter waren super nett und die Anlage ist wunderschön. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß beim Kanu- und SUP-Board fahren. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt noch einmal hierher und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen
