Very cool house with everything you need. We were in town for UTK football and was an easy drive and Uber to campus. Very clean and the horses were cool. Showers are very small and a little challenging for tall people… We’ll be back .

Great!

We arrived at night and the property manager had lights on in the home for us when we arrived. It was a gesture that was so appreciated. The cabin was perfect for our family of five, was in a quiet neighborhood and had all of the amenities needed for our stay. Great distance to both Knoxville and the Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area. Looking forward to staying again soon

Cabin was very well decorated. Bathrooms were small and we were there for 15 days, so it took some adjustment. Location was great for us and Christine was very nice

Lovely place! Perfect location with beautiful views. We had a learning curve on the tub, but it was nice. Loved seeing the horse and donkey every morning out the window. Very serene quiet street but still close to everything we needed.

A Little Bit Country

We were looking for a different vibe and feel this trip to Knoxville and we hit the gold mine! We were in town visiting our UTK student and this was exactly what we needed. Our favorite spot was in the front porch watching the lightening bugs every evening! Great cozy cabin vibe with beautiful views. Definately recommend!

Sisters 90 Birthday.

Excellent location 10 minutes from the airport 15 to 20 minutes from number of place we needed to travel to while in Knoxville. The cabin was extremely clean and met ever requirement we had for our stay we recommended to Family friends and anyone traveling to Knoxville for business or leisure.

Motorcycle Getaway

We stayed here as a base location for motorcycle rides in the area. House was clean, and close to the surrounding cities we went to. It was very peaceful and quiet.

Creekside Cozy Cabin

The cabin was outstanding, one of the best kept and furnished cabins we had stayed in. It's in a more rural area but relatively close to Knoxville. The property manager was very nice and told me about other rental options in the area which we plan to check out. The only negative was the shower was small. Very nice people!

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location to the event we were attending. Cute and cozy with tons of items for cooking. The board games and arcade game was a plus and everyone enjoyed them!would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay for UT games

Was looking for an alternative to having to get 2 hotel rooms in Knoxville for a Vols football game and this place was perfect! Only about 15-20 minutes to Neyland/Kingston Pike. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful, peaceful setting in the country. Food Lion/McDonald's/Dollar General/Liquor store nearby. Well equipped kitchen. Everything else was adequate and as advertised. Property manager/owner was great and super helpful!! Would absolutely stay there again!
