Front desk staff was super nice and I liked there being a fancy restaurant and lounge so we had the option of staying in. Only minor issue was having to valet the car causing 10-20 minute delays every time we needed to leave."

"Great and clean location there is no free parking have to pay for parking in the shared garage also the pool was under repairs I was told this has been an ongoing situation but on the site it don't mentioned anything about the pool no being available and I chose tbis location just for the pool. "I’ve read other reviews so maybe this is specific to room 303 where we stayed. The bathroom was pretty disgusting. Water stains on the ceiling, toilet paper roll about to fall off the wall, the distance between the sink and wall would not be sufficient for a larger person, mold in the shower conditioner bottle and the shower had a strong sewage odor. We asked to switch rooms and was told there was not another room available. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The only downside I noticed was that there are no outlets inside the capsule for charging phones, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning could definitely use a proper cleaning to make the stay more comfortable. Some travelers don’t seem to respect others while sleeping. I was awakened by a loud noise coming from the top capsule, which disrupted my rest. But overall, for just a night it was okay. "
