"The parking lot, while small, is easy to navigate. The staff was neither rude nor pleasant. Just very transactional, if that makes sense. The bathroom had a bug crawling along the sink. The walls are thin."

Get into the room and immediately realized the floor was staining our feet brown, and was also sticky by the door. Go to put drinks in the fridge and it is unplugged (and very difficult to plug in as the stand was not movable). Turn on TV and it is blurry to the point you can’t read it. Go to the bathroom and there is a pubic hair and a booger...

"I’ve stayed at the Line multiple times and it’s been my go to choice for stays in DC but this latest stay was the worst. I was called on the day I was to check in that my reservation for May that I made in January had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said because the hotel was overbooked and my card declined the hotel charge. Why would a hotel be charging random cards without authorization or notification not even an hour after check in? I had to work with Expedia to get this rectified but...

"My Wife & I picked the Omni because it is close to our daughters apt although it's a little more expensive that we would normally choose. It has a lovely pool, the lobby goes on forever & features several snack/drink options. It also has activity areas for children. Our room was comfortable with nice shower. Our 1rst morning about 8:45 there was a lotta noise. When my wife opened the curtain to see we were surprised to find a man on scaffold 2 feet away. Later at the pool we observed many such...

"We absolutely loved this place. The kitchen was well stocked. The parking garage is super close as well and we love the neighborhood."

"I was given a room directly across from 3 elevators & I COULDN’t sleep due to all the noise of the elevators. The next morning I asked to be moved to another quieter room but the staff gave me the run around & didn’t move me. I had to ask to speak to the manager after a 2nd night of noise. They said they would speak to the manager. They never did & did not move me. The staff was really not helpful & stupid. I will be reporting them"
