"Toilet seat was super scuffed and when I informed the front desk, they changed out the seat. The business room is just an empty room separate from the bedroom with just a desk and lamp."

"This property should not be advertised on Expedia. The room we were in had roaches. The air conditioner was not on upon arriving therefore the room was incredibly stuffy and too dinghy. The neighborhood was very shady and did not feel safe. Not a very nice place."

"We had a 2 bed room and it was clean and fresh upon walking in. The towels were bright white and plentiful. Nice soaps for bathroom. The front desk personnel (esp John and Jamal) were very helpful and professional. They took care of everything I needed and did it with a smile. The pool was sparkling clean everyday and had a full time lifeguard and stacks of pool towels. Carlos was a great server for breakfast and pool bar. Paul was so nice in the restaurant dining room. It was easy to see all...
