"For a budget hotel it’s not bad , it’s just shabby. It could definitely use some TLC. The bathroom was worn and chipped in places and old. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner cover was cracked and broken in spots. The hallway and elevator area was worn and threadbare. The ice machine and vending machines were broken on my floor. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s right on the Metro line, with a station 2 blocks away. The National Zoo is 2 stops away. All in all not...

We were told to just open a window, which are not screened. Had to ask for a fan, one was not offered as a solution when I called. I was just rudely told it states on the website that they do not have AC, which is inaccurate. So if you can’t sleep in a hot room at night you may want to rethink staying here....
