"Very nice hotel and staff"

"The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and super helpful, and quick to respond when we required some maintenance help in our room. The room was clean, although a little dated, and could do with a slight modernisation. However, the staff kept the hotel very clean. The location was great- a 2min walk to the subway, so easy to get places quickly if we didn’t fancy a walk, and was a 10min walk to Central Park. There was also a good selection of restaurants nearby as well as bakeries, bars...

"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"De kamer was vies en verouderd. We hebben dit direct gemeld en foto's getoond: ze zouden de kamer grondig komen kuisen maar dat is nooit gebeurd. Kluis was ook kapot, uiteindelijk de dag nadien wel gemaakt. De dagen daarna hebben ze ook niet goed gekuist, chips lag nog op de vloer... Personeel was soms moeilijk te vinden: ontbijt : snel weg naar de keuken, onthaal: fake-vriendelijk of soms zelfs onvriendelijk als ik bijkomende uitleg vroeg. Ze hebben me 4,35 euro gefactureerd bij het uitchecken,...

"The room was very clean but rather small and only a view of the brick wall and windows. It would have been nice to have a fridge you can ask for one but have to pay extra. The elevators are slow and couple times one would not be working. It was a good location for us near the subway and buses. I would overall stay there again."

The sleeping capsules were comfortable as well. The only small downside was that inside the capsule area near the doors, there was some trash left behind. Other than that, I can definitely recommend this place. Price, quality, and location — 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"AWFUL. Pics out of date. Property NOT as described. Dirty and disheveled. Did not receive room I paid extra for. No water in. “Hot tub”. Hosts entered my locked room when I was gone and moved my belongings to a room without a lock. Then accused me of stealing their key when I left it in the lockbox I originally took it from upon arrival. "
