We are located in an elegant residence, just 400 meters from the sea and surrounded by 3 hectares of land, where centuries-old olive trees and holm oaks grow, and the perfectly manicured gardens, will be the setting for a stay in the name of peace and of relaxation. The small town of Bagnaia is easily reachable on foot, offering a minimarket, restaurants and characteristic beach bars, where you can enjoy the splendid sunsets that the Gulf of Portoferraio can offer.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
The perfectly maintained gardens will be the setting for a stay full of peace and relaxation. The resort offers two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, a playground surrounded by greenery, and a bar available to guests. Walking along the various alleys of the resort you can reach the terraced houses perfectly inserted in a natural context of exceptional impact. The furniture evokes the sun, the earth, the Mediterranean; a predominance of light in their warm tones, crucial for the creation of a comfortable and accommodating interior.

One bed-room apartment sleeps 2/4
Apartment of approximately 50 m2 located on the ground floor with independent entrance. Accessing from the front of the house we can find an exclusive patio equipped for outdoor dining; from the patio we can access the living room, where we find a double sofa bed, dining table and kitchen area; from the living room we can move into the large double bedroom with French window overlooking the external patio, bathroom with tub with box. The apartment has a parking space inside the garage.

The opening of the swimming pool is scheduled from the end of May to the beginning of October, yet to be defined.
