"It's a new facility, my room fridge went out, and I knew it would be like pulling teeth to get a refund on food, so I chalked it up. Moved to a second room, and the AC leaked, and I had to use a towel to stop the water from spreading all over. It wasn't bad, but was overall inconvenient."

"The coffee table was broken, there was hair in the bathtub, and the phone wasn’t working. Check room 404. I stayed here a week ago and it was great this time it was terrible. And Erick is someone that shouldn’t be at the front desk, he’s a miserable person. Oh and fix the elevator!!!"

"I had got a room with a balcony and there were cigarette butts out on it and I got charged for it. Plus they kept my $100 deposit as well."

"It felt and sounded like it was poorly constructed --lots of noise from above, the hall, and adjoining rooms. There was a noisy kid or two running up and down as well as a large dog barking inside. The cheap vinyl tile floors were pealing up (the desk clerk notified us of that and said a discount would be offered if the floors were a problem). The shower was cheap and had a slippery floor. The room was big and sufficiently stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The price was reasonable....
