"Farmhouse is a good description. We stayed 3 nights in July.The outside is gorgeous,the pond, fire pit, swings and slide, and a barn. We used the barn because we had a rainstorm that wouldn't quit. The barn was well lit and had 2 folding tables and 6 chairs. Unloading the car, it is easier to go around the steps then on them to unload to the house. Once inside the main floor is set up OK. "My wife and I try to visit a different part of Ohio once a year. This was our eighth trip and the Luxury Suite felt just like home. Thoughtful touches throughout, spotless and comfy. Although the suite is attached to their home, the hosts were very respectful of our privacy. Bellefontaine, Indian Lake and historic covered bridges are just minutes away. Beautiful area! We highly recommend the suite and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you!"

"Really enjoyed the ability to spread out with the whole family. Definitely should put a bed in the office for a 4 bedroom. Bedrooms nice and large. Kitchen condiments/coffee a little scarce. "

"The property was exactly as listed and was just what we were looking for in Central Oh while we were in the area visiting family and friends."

"Olentangy Riverfront was a cute property that suited our needs well. The outdoor space was beautiful and the access to the river was really nice. Connor was easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. "

"Such a lovely home! Very well appointed! Completely comfortable & cozy! House is updated and is a perfect spot for adults to chill while visiting Delaware for OWU sporting events/parents weekends/ect! We highly recommend! Working with the owners was easy & they are very accommodating. "

"Great space for our group. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the great backyard. They had a very nice coffee station for us to enjoy. Biggest issue was the internet was terrible. With 8 people on devices, some needing to do work on laptops, and only streaming for tv it was very frustrating. Cell service wasn’t great in the area either (at least for the 3 different providers we all had). Would be worth upgrading the service to accommodate large groups. The en-suite bathroom was also...

"The house was very clean. The living room furniture was comfortable. The bed and linens were clean and fresh. In the kitchen, there was plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Also a good supply of herbs, spices, and cooking oils was available. There was a Keurig coffee maker along with a nice supply of coffee pods and teabags. So, all in all the house was what was described by the host. "
