🔷Important to Note for the Lower-Level 1 Bedroom Suite🔷

☀ Your stay is in the lower level of a well-insulated duplex, with a quiet, full-time resident living above.

☀ As this suite is in the basement, there may occasionally be some noise from the unit above. We have provided a sound machine and ear plugs for use during stay to help with any potential noises.

☀This lower-level suite requires going down a flight of stairs (with handrail) to your private entrance. Please see additional details in our photos.

☀We adore hosting your family dogs and you can bring yours for a one-time fee of $80.

☀Up to 2 dogs are allowed, under 50lbs

☀ Dog bowls, towels, a lint roller, and treats are provided for your convenience.

☀ We cannot allow cats at this time due to the owners’ allergies.



🔷When Visiting With Your Dog🔷

☀ Ensure your pup is 100% potty trained

☀ If left unattended inside the house, please ensure they are happily crated. You know your dog best and we wouldn’t want a dog to be scared or anxious in a crate if they aren’t used to it. We also want to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors.

☀ Keep your pups leashed when outdoors

☀ Please keep your pup off beds, chairs, and couches

☀Please use the provided lint rollers to remove dog hair during your stay. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged after check out if additional cleaning time is required for pet hair removal.

☀ Dogs can use the outdoor facilities in front of the house.

☀ Promptly pick up and dispose of waste.

☀For service dogs- While there is no charge, we respectfully ask you to please let us know if you will be bringing an ADA service animal to avoid any confusion.
