"The Shangri-La Sydney was phenomenal. Even before you walk on the door, the most wonderful fragrance greets you. The staff treated me like Royalty upon greeting me. Literally...as there was a Tongan Princess arriving when I did. And they treated me as kindly, graciously and wonderfully as the Princess. The decor was elegant and modern. I felt safe at all times.
