Perfect Location

The Villa was spacious with everything provided for a great stay. The air conditioning a real plus providing a very comfortable temperature with the temperature outside so high. The pool was a great addition, well maintained and very clean, the sea view and sunsets were stunning, we look forward to returning in the near future.

The house is as shown in the picture. I have booked this home twice and both experiences were excellent. Spacious, cleaned and a calm relaxing area. This home is for people who like to enjoy nature while being close to the airport and to some of the most beautiful views and natural sites of this beautiful island. The owner of the property is always happy to help in case you need assistance, he welcome us with a lovely bottle of local wine, water in the fridge and fruits. We will definitely be back one day our kids loved the garden and the huge pool. Thank you

PositivesVilla is a great size with 4 big bedrooms, all doubles and the air conditioning in all rooms was definitely needed which is a big positive. Huge garden and outdoor space was lovely. Pool was the biggest highlight of our stay and was nice and deep for the children to jump in etc..NegativesVilla is quite outdated and could do with some modernisation as was quite run down and grubby in some areas. Kitchen was missing a few essentials such as a can opener, measuring jug and could do with a few more pots and pans. The two showers were troublesome, both were no more than a trickle of water which made showering very difficult! Think water pressure is an issue as the dishwasher and washing machine would often stop with an error code. Also both showers you have to hold over you to shower. Ants are a big problem and we would often find them all over the sink and kitchen units. Location is very secluded, a car is needed to go anywhere.Positive was Mr Omiros who meets you on arrival, absolute legend and happy to help with anything you needOverall, we enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn't go back

Beautiful villa and very clean. Plenty of space. Beds really comfortable as are the sun-beds.However, you can’t walk to the beach or restaurants.The wi-fi is useless so had to come off it even a WhatsApp won’t sent.Upstairs shower head needs descaling badly. There’s no frying pan, no measuring jug, no plastic glasses for the pool area, no trays, no corkscrew, no tea towels, we had only one tiny block of soap and tiny beach towels.The upstairs double rooms that share the large beautiful balcony has a table but only 3 chairs.There’s no maid visits its DIY.The pool is very deep (6ft at the shallow end) so you need to be able to swim as you can’t stand up in it and only 1 parasol.BBQ area would be great but there’s no running water to the sink and a dust falls constantly from the wooden roof all over the table under it. Old sunbeds and junk left at the side and behind the BBQ area.Grass cuttings are just in heaps at the bottom of the garden.Overall extremely disappointed for cost. We have done Villa holidays for over 10 years and this one failed us. Would not return or recommend.
