Villa Perla is a beachfront villa, located in Lardos and offers a wonderful private swimming pool as well as a calming sea view. You will find the marvelous beach outside your door, only in a few steps. The emerald waters of Rhodes await you to live an amazing experience and create memories with your loved ones. Villa Perla hosts up to 8 guests.
Villa Perla has 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. One of the bedrooms includes a bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms in total. Also there are comfy 2 single sofa beds in the spacious living room. Theres a fully equipped kitchen for any meal preparation accompanied from a sitting area. Also, theres the wide living room with a large screen TV with cable channels. Theres a free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, you will find the incredible private swimming pool and its sunbeds for your ultimate relaxation. Theres a siting area looking to the beach along with the BBQ facilities to enjoy a gathering with your loved ones.
This peaceful haven is well known for its tranquility and friendly atmosphere as it is a few steps away from a magical sandy beach. You will find everything you need in Lindos Village such as, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and car rentals. Lindos Akropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site in Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. You will find Lindos in a 10 minute drive from Perla Villa. The airport is found in an hour drive away. Also, Prasonisi is a 40 minute drive away from the property and offers a unique landscape. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the villa.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

Amazing villa and location

Villa was perfect, very well equipped kitchen area and the indoor space was very spacious. The outdoor space was fantastic, very big area with different seating areas and plenty of space. The pictures need updating on the listing because the bathroom has been updated and there is now a small fence and gate on the boundary of the beach and the villa (this doesn't affect the views whatsoever). We practically had the beach to ourselves most days and there was a lovely little rock pool area which stayed shallow enough all day which meant our young daughters could play safely in there and watch the fish swim around their feet. We have already booked to come back again next year and stay for longer. Like in the previous post i would try and have a sign on the main road because this villa is nicely tucked away so not many taxi drivers know where it is.

Beautiful sea front villa

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. We wanted somewhere we could all be, & get ready with beautiful before pictures, & the outside space didn’t disappoint. We had family & friends staying in lardos, Pefkos & lindos, which were all really easy to reach on the buses for €1.80. However trying to get taxis to come to the villa was very difficult as none of them could ever find it. A bigger sign down to the villa & also on the drive would help. Also there were only 2 large mugs which wasn’t really acceptable for a villa that sleeps 8, but that’s being picky. Also it could do with either drawers or ano wardrobe in the twin bedroom as we struggled for storage space. But on the whole we absolutely loved our stay in the villa & hope to go back one day.

Schöne Außenanlage

Die Außenanlage des Hauses ist schön. Der Pool ist zwar nicht groß aber voll ausreichend. Die Kinder haben ihn sehr gerne genutzt. Im Haus selber ist die Einrichtung sehr schlicht. Die Küche ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet. Der Backofen ging nicht richtig. Aus den Wasserhahn kommt das Wasser sehr spartanisch. Es soll am Wasserdruck in der Gegend liegen. Das Haus wurde für bis zu 8 Personen vermietet. Es gab aber nur 2 Doppelbetten und 2 Einzelbetten. Es wurde eine Luftmatrazze bereitgestellt. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben und für 2 Wochen jedoch eigentlich sehr enttäuschend. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft!

Emplacement fabuleux

Cette maison est parfaite pour les vacances. L'emplacement directement sur la plage est idéal. L'exterieur est très bien entretenu avec plusieurs canapés/transats. En hors saison, aucun bruit, pas de voisin et la plage que pour nous! L'interieur de la maison est simple mais largement suffisant pour les vacances et tout le necessaire est présent. Nous passions notre temps à l'exterieur, entre terasses, piscine et plage... La maison est également bien située pour se balader sur l'île (10 min de Lindos, 1h de Rhodes - nous avions loué une voiture) Nous reviendrons, c'est sur...

Excellent séjour et service exceptionnel !

Tout était arrangé pour notre arrivée un peu prématurée. Grande gentillesse de l'hôte qui s'est pliée en 4 pour nous aider avec les tests COVID et les petits tracas... Je recommande fortement pour l'emplacement exceptionnel et la tranquillité. Néanmoins les petits magasins et Taverna sont très proche à pied pour une partie et un peu de voiture pour les autres (quelques minutes).

Very quite and beautfiul beach villa

I was looking for a villa close to the beach, where I can enjoy an early morning swim or a sunset without driving my car to the beach and usually beachfront properties have crowdy beaches, but this one was surprisingly quite and has a very beautiful and safe beach. The villa it self is well equiped, the bathroom may need some refresh but everything else is very well. There are also supermarkets, restaurants and other convenience about 5min walk from the house. Last but not least we had a wonderful welcome from Donna who did all her best to make this stay as confortable as possible from the reservation to the check-out, thank you so much Donna

schönes, gemütliches Haus direkt am Strand. Problemloses Check-in und aus. Wir haben uns absolut willkommen gefühlt. Obst + Wein als Gruß. Alles so wie im Internet beschrieben.

We have always wanted to stay in a property that is right on the beach.......

Having always wanted to stay in a property that is right on the beach, this property was perfect. As you can see from the pictures you literally walk out into the back garden area and on to the beach. Although we stayed in August and there was a family staying in the villa next door. It felt like we had our own beach and the ocean was our pool. The beach is shingle and pebbles. With shallow rocky areas as you go into the sea. But it was perfect for snorkeling and there is a whole shallow area of water like your own pool, also you can swim past the rocks and swim further out. It was ideal for us. You can also walk along the beach to the right and there is a busier area with water sports and less rocks, but you cannot see this from the property so although close by if that's not your thing it's fine. The villa was exceptionally clean, although a little dated. And the showers where not very powerful. But we found everything was adequate for our stay and waking up to that view and breakfast by the sea was perfect. It says it sleeps up to 8, I would say 6 comfortably. Its in a quieter area. Although there are tavernas and beach bars within walking distance and a good selection of food stores. Also the bus stop is 2 minutes along the road and the service was generally reliable and a great way of travelling into Pefkos or Lindos (both well worth a visit, especially Lindos) and other areas. We decided not to hire a car as we wanted to relax by the sea, but we found that was not a problem at all. If you did hire a car there are many more places on the island to visit. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute and although the villa was expensive compared to others for us it was worth it for the location

Belle villa au bord de l'eau

Localisation top Une terrasse très agréable avec une vue impressionnante Maison au bord de l'eau avec des très beaux paysages à quelques kms Excellent accueil De nombreuses attentions à notre arrivée (conseils pendant le séjour, lieux à visiter, nourriture, produits ménagers...) La maison à l'intérieur pourrait être plus cosy mais cela n'a pas du tout perturbé notre séjour. La description est conforme aux photos. A recommander donc sans problème
