"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

"Flavi & Chris manage this resort very well. Our apartment overlooked the lagoon so it was beautiful to step right on the sand during low tide and borrow a kayak or snorkel from the resort during high tide. We had a wonderful stay. Easy parking onsite. Def recommended and we will stay here again if we visit next. "

"Quiet, peaceful, but exceptionally good value. Continental breakfast provided was not great, but we had cooking facilities and it was easy to buy some eggs and bacon. And we brought our own coffee. So all good. Restaurant not fast but food was always very good. And staff always very friendly and helpful. "

"I liked how peaceful and quiet it was. I could hear the ocean and the breeze was lovely. It was a little older but seemed updated and so was more roomie than the cookie cutter hotel rooms. There was a kitchen and couch and table and it was well furnished. Nice people too. You could walk to a few different restaurants. Including a wood fired pizza place on the oceans edge. "I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it. "
