外観は普通だが、室内外のインテリアが非常に洗練され美しかった。フォークロア風のインテリアだった。 朝食ビュッフェも大変美味しく、内容も良かった。チーズやヨーグルトがおいしかった。 設備はバスルームはバスタブもあり広さも十分だったが、冷蔵庫がないのだけは残念だった。ノイシュバンシュタイン城へのバスが発着するヒルシュ駅からも近く、徒歩圏内にレストランがたくさんあり便利な立地だった。
