The Space:

This elegant mountain view apartment was refurbished and furnished in 2022 on a large scale and has great amenities, a large balcony and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature of the Allgäu.



You park right in front of the entrance and enter the apartment via the stairs without a key by code.

You can expect a 60 square meter apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen.



You can start your day with free filtered coffee or tea and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment, including the balcony with electric grill, seating areas and breathtaking mountain views. From every window of the apartment you have a view of a different mountain:-)



The “big” bedroom has a cozy 1,80m double bed. One is equipped with two beds, which can theoretically also be pushed together.



In the living room you will find a large dining area for up to 6 people and a cozy seating area with a sofa, armchair, smart TV and electric fireplace heating.



The kitchen is of course fully equipped with stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook deliciously. You can also find lunch boxes for your walks (please bring back!).



The bathroom is even equipped with a bathtub and also has a washing machine.



Of course we provide fresh towels.



Guest Access:

You have the entire apartment on the first floor on the left side at your disposal. Make yourself at home!



The Neighborhood:

You may meet friendly, open-minded residents. The neighborhood is quiet.



Other Things to Note:

We provide quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with coffee and tea also awaits you.



Additional services:

- Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an additional cost

- Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an additional cost



A registration form must be completed prior to check-in.

The grill must be cleaned after use by the guests -

appropriate equipment is available.

If the grill is not cleaned, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 50 €.
