"We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished."

"Booked the camper for the weekend. When it turned out it was going to be cold and rainy vinnie generously offered to let me stay at another place on his property instead! This was the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature!"

"Stayed here with my husband, our three kids and their friends. Us with 6 teenagers 17-19 years old and not once did we feel like we were on top of eachother. 20 minutes to Laconia, 30 to Weirs Beach and Concord. The boys had a great time fishing off the dock. Within 30 minutes they had hooked 2 fish. The house is very confortable and spaciois. Loved every minute of our time there. Thank you for sharing."

"We booked a weekend getaway and our stay was very pleasant. It was an older cottage and some updating is needed but it had a very cozy feel. The fire pit and listening to the choppy water was very relaxing. The highlight of the trip was the views. Omg was it so breathtaking. Would definitely book again. "

"Overall we had a really nice stay and enjoyed our time in Barnstead The lights were a bit tricky and would suggest updating the welcome book with clearer instructions. "

"We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "Great spot, great doc, great everything. It was a little small. but still nice. The only thing that it lacked was a couple of AC units because it gets very hot if it is a hot humid day especially upstairs in the loft."
