"The staff was really friendly and welcoming! But our room had bedbugs and that was it for us. It fell out of the pillows on the bed. We immediately went to the desk and they were nice but didn't seem concerned. I won't be coming back. The picture is when we threw one in the sink to really make sure we were seeing what we were seeing."

"The hotel is in a rough area. The clerk checking us in made several inappropriate jokes, and even though we booked an upstairs room, all he would give us was a ground floor room. The room was just ok, cracked molding, missing closet door, a couple large spiders and really loose toilet seat, among other issues. The shower head was good, bed was not bad. The ceiling insulation is non existent, which is why we requested an upstairs room. Breakfast was basic, but ok"

"Had a great stay before my cruise..Staff was wonderful the older gentleman at the front desk was so nice and friendly even checked me in early for no additional charge. The property was nice and clean as well as the room,bathroom bed was comfortable. The pool looked clean and inviting although I didn't swim..Location really worked for me since I flew in from Long Beach. Close to the airport and close to the cruise terminal.. Definitely my new go to when cruising out of San Pedro.."

"Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience."

"It was very centrally located, on the corner of 2 major streets. It was unique due to it being in the shape of a cylinder. The room was simple and clean Very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. We door dashed and the food was delivered directly to our room. It was a very comfortable stay I would stay there again."

"Booked online, took a $40 Uber to get there, no staffers, sign on window said no vancancies? Well that was odd being that i was able to book, and noone answered the phone, had to fight with Expedia to get my money back, I do not recommend."

"I had to extend my stay several times and the hotel was very helpful. I was also injured and they took that into account with cleaning. I also checked out late due to being injured and they didn't give me a hard time."

"Everything about my stay was amazing- the staff, restaurant, rooms and pool were spectacular for such a good price! I’ve stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! Very high end place it is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location-just a short walk to the beach. I also enjoyed having the option to take myself from the free extras such as sunscreen, makeup wipes/sponges and extra tooth brushes/paste! I highly recommend having your stay here!"
