"Our stay at the Timber Riverhouse was amazing! Vacations for us are all about the outdoors and this home did not disappoint. The house was beautiful with lots of wonderful features like the solid beams, spiral staircase, comfy beds, fantastic deck, and even a hot tub! "Clean, spacious, well designed room with everything needed gir a great stay …. And so much more. The balcony was a great place to sit, gave coffee etc. can’t say enough about the beautiful grounds and amenities like indoor and outdoor pool areas, etc! Enjoyed staying at Vacation Village in the Berkshire and hope to return next time I am in the area. "

"My family and I loved our stay. This cabin had everything we needed and more. One thing we do wish we had was fans in the upstairs rooms, as we stayed in the summer time and it did get quite hot up there. The owners were very helpful, and amazing with communication. We would absolutely love to stay here again one day! "

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! "

"Overall the stay was okay. I am generally not a complainer, and have stayed in many rental properties. I was initially upset about the condition of the place, but I got used to it. It seems like the place is old and not well kept up. The inside of the house has a bad odor, also the septic smelled bad, so we had to keep the slider to the deck closed. I had to wipe down the kitchen table and counter because they were dirty. Lots of cobwebs (I have them too, but I don't rent my house out.) The bed...

"This is a beautiful house. It is located right near the golf course and is a walk to town/campus. The house is immaculate- equipped with anything you need and is incredibly spacious. The host was terrific- easy to communicate with and although we did not bring dogs, it does allow them. We will definitely hope to stay there again on our next trip to Williamstown!"

"Inside property was great - house was very fun and spacious and clean . HOWEVER..the driveway clearly hadn’t been plowed for a long time when we got there and so once we pulled in our cars were stuck. We were trapped at the house for 3 days. The plow driver came to plow the neighbor and told us he hadn’t been paid by the owners so hadn’t been plowing for some time The owners finally arranged for a different plow to come but not being able to leave for 3 days really affected our ability to...
