Beautiful Family Home Close To Local Attractions

This lovely home is perfect for the traveling family, or multiple families! It includes a total of four bedrooms, three full baths, one half-bath, two cozy family rooms, one large dining room, two washers and dryers, and two incredible kitchens; one complete with a large breakfast bar! Both include everything needed for the cooking enthusiast! Additional amenities include WI-FI, Jacuzzi tub, bed and bath linens, air-mattresses (full and queen size), pack-and-play, two-stall garage with an additional exterior space large enough for a trailer or larger vehicle, bikes, trampoline, and toys/ games galore!
This beautiful home is located in a safe and very quiet neighborhood seated on a hill with spectacular views of the surrounding hills; some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the back deck or side patio! It is within seconds from Highway 16 (Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, etc.) and Highway 385 (Lead, Deadwood, Sturgis, Hill City, etc.) leading to several area attractions as well as Sheridan Lake Road, a main artery leading to Rapid City central. Make this your home away from home!

We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making us feel right at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great trip. Its location was perfect—just a short drive from major attractions. Perfect family home

This property had everything you could think you’d need for a stay! The house was well stocked, comfortable and clean. There were toys/games available for my kids to use which were a huge hit! Communication was easy with owner and neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Close to many conveniences… would highly recommend!

Definitely Recommend!!

I’d definitely recommend this home! It was comfortable and meticulously clean. We had a family reunion and there was plenty of space for all of us to get together. The neighborhood is beautiful and it’s close to all the attractions around Rapid City. Leslie’s a sweetheart and very communicative. I try to pick VRBO’s based on the owner and she’s a 10/10!! Thanks Leslie for a great experience, hope to come back again!

Home away from Home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. From the well-equipped kitchen to the nice quality bedding and linens, it was a very comfortable place to stay for our sibling reunion. The fenced yard was nice, however there were several places with gaps large enough for our small dogs to escape. It was necessary to keep them on leash while in the yard. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay with nice views of the surrounding hills and good location.

Great home in Rapid City

What a wonderful home! Leslie was so kind and accommodating. The house was perfect for our extended family trip. We loved how well the home was stocked and how much space there was! The home was spotless! It is obvious that Leslie goes above and beyond to take care of this home and keep everything in top condition. The neighborhood was quiet. The kids loved jumping on the trampoline and playing in the yard. We were able to see so many wonderful sights on this trip! Thank you, Leslie, for sharing your home!

Fantastic place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! We knew it was a nice house from the photos, but it looks even more beautiful in person! We had everything we needed and more! Everything was so comfortable and cozy. Communication was great, location was great, neighborhood was great! There was plenty of parking, and we could even use the garage!

The property meet all our expectations. Location was great, very easy to get to major roads. Nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked with little extras you don’t think about, extra spices, many different pots & pans, baking ingredients, etc. plenty of towels and linens. Would definitely stay again

Wedding weekend

Leslie was there to get us checked in and show us around. It is a beautiful roomy house. We all enjoyed it so much. With 2 full kitchens and 2 patios it was definitely the perfect place for all of us! I would highly recommend.

Very beautiful house and location!

Leslie was absolutely amazing, the location of the house is perfect, the neighbors were friendly, we had plenty of space. We were there with 6 of our friends for Sturgis bike week and unfortunately had lots of rain, so we couldn’t enjoy the back porch much, but we hung out in the garage, I would recommend this house a hundred times over, the only complaint is lots of bees and the beds upstairs were pretty uncomfortable, but very minor things. Thank you again Leslie for sharing your home with us and being so welcoming to a group of bikers from Maine😁

Leslie was fantastic. The house was very clean, great fenced in back yard for our two dogs. Close to lot’s of great day trips (Mt Rushmore, Badlands, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, Needles Highway, Black Hills, Keystone). Great neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Quick getaway before school

At the last minute we decided to book a small trip before the kids head back to school in a couple of weeks. We have a family of 7 and our kids ages range from 9-20. This property was very clean and I found the things needing to be done at checkout incredibly less demanding than other places we have stayed. If you are traveling to the Rapid City area I would definitely recommend this property. Very nice neighborhood and the location is great if you are looking to do a lot of things in the area.

Pleasant Surroundings

Couldn’t have been a more central location for our stay. The house was great. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host met us at the house and gave us a tour of the house, something that we’ve never experienced before. What more could you ask for. Any family planning a trip to the Black Hills should consider this house. You won’t be disappointed!
