This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive, and the world-famous Radium hot springs 5 minutes away. If your holiday goals are to recharge and relax, Radium is your destination.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.

3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Location was great! Clean and easy check in. Pet friendly which is also a great bonus. The host had all the kitchen items you will need during your stay including condiments. Cool and quiet location parking wasn’t an issue. If you can’t find parking above ground there is a separate stall underground. Only thing I would suggest is bringing more towels for the pool. There are only 4 towels provided. Other than that your trip will be amazing.

Great location, quiet and well maintained

Radium Hot Springs is a quiet town, but it is in the center of lots of natural beauty and several national parks.The condo is very comfortable and well appointed. It would be appropriate for two couples or a smaller family.The hot springs are only about a 5 minute drive away, so it is easy to get a good soak in anytime you want. Lots of hiking and scenery within an easy drive.This would not be a good location if you are planning on relying on public transportation, but if you have a car, you will feel very safe in the secured underground garage.The only problem I had was the building door code they sent me in advance was incorrect. Fortunately, a kind neighbor let me in and once in the unit, I got the keys and had no problem. I got the updated code the next day, so it was not an ongoing issue.The most exciting thing was seeing bighorn sheep wandering through town - in the neighborhood, on the main road and in the adjacent golf course.

GREAT STAY!

Unit is as advertised, very well equipped, can’t imagine requiring anything this place doesn’t have, regarding utensils, plates, etc. Almost feel guilty mentioning this, but the AC unit is REALLY loud, couldn’t sit on the patio with it running and couldn’t watch a movie inside. It was 32+C everyday we were there so I’m glad we had it! Noisy and all. Overall, great unit and experience, I would stay here again.

Great apartment

This 2bdrm, 2 bath apartment has all you may need for comfortable and enjoyable stay. The main floor is very convenient for dogs. Apartment is very clean and beds are very comfy. Seasonal pool and hot tub as well as underground garage are lovely bonus. The owner is very responsive and informative. We enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend this unit to our friends.

Radium Family Weekend

Was a great stay in a beautiful property. We had wild turkeys in front of the balcony on Saturday morning. Saw a lot of wildlife including mule deer, elk and sheep. The property was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we required . The fireplace was very nice to have in the evenings. Underground parking worked out well never had to defrost our vehicle !

Anniversary/ Fall getaway

This is a pleasant ground floor condo in a quiet neighbourhood. The information from the owner including check-in process was clear and accurate. We also had use of the underground parking space which was a nice extra and would be especially helpful if you were to go in winter. The condo itself was comfortable and very well supplied, there even was tea and coffee on hand, all we needed was a few groceries which were readily available at the market nearby. We are a senior couple who would certainly consider staying here again.

Family girls trip

We loved the location and it was pretty clean. We noticed a bit of dog hair in some of the throw blankets from previous guests, but we just didn’t use those blankets. We were surprised at the fully stocked kitchen! It was a little upsetting that the hot tubs were closed due to an electrical issue and the pool was extremely cold. The on-site pool and hot tub was the reason we choose this accommodation. But the quick drive to the lake or hot springs was lovely and made up for our disappointment from not being able to use the pool. Over all it was a good experience!
