"Great hotel at a great price. The adjacent Alberts Bar & Restaurant was a real surprise, very swanky outside seating area, nice bar area and our evening meal wasn't too bad at all. Would definitely recommend."

"This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...

"The most comfortable bed! I always struggle on the first night in a new location, the bed was sensational and I drifted off! The staff truly make this hotel, we were visiting for business and the receptionist wrote us a hand written note for some amazing restaurants and bars near to where our meetings were - the recommendations were fab! "The area in the middle of the city appeared to be safe, and I visited with a special needs . Young adult, There was plenty to see, and for me, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. However, the breakfast left much to be desired as the food was of poor quality. On a positive note, the staff service was fantastic, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, and my stay was quite pleasant. The area was beautiful with many stunning views nearby, and...

"The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient. Be aware there is a £100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected. My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good. "
