"This hotel was a disappointment. The entrance is unkept. The room was very hot and the AC was not on. I turned it on and it was barely working. The room and bed gave the appearance as if we were in jail. The hallway carpet had a musty oder. We refused to stay there and didn’t not get a refund because we checked in before seeing the room. We didn’t use the room at all; just went to check it out and straight back to lobby."

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. "Really lovely hotel. Comfy bed. Everything we needed. It was a little further out than I thought but Ubers were easy enough to get and not too pricey."

"The hotel looked good size. Check in was easy. Front of hotel looked clean and inviting. Was given key and electric card. Found my room ok. On 2nd floor. Room was bright and well decorated in fresh white and grey. Bathroom had shower over bath. Nice tiles all around. Plenty clean white towels left me. Large TV. Tea maker . I couldn't fault the room. Looked fine. 3 locks on door. So as single woman felt safe. Lift was out of order. Swimming pool was out of use. Had a large pub next door. But...

"I had at this modern detached bungalow. The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. "

"I had a wonderful time here! Best service I have had in a long time. I had the single room and it was clean and comfortable; rest can be said to all the other facilities. Also had a better breakfast spread that i have seen in most hotels that I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"5 Star luxury from start to finish. Beautiful location and parking was so easy. The property itself must of just had a refurbishment as the room was fantastic. Fellow guests were welcoming especially when chatting at the front of the building. Local people actually visit the front of the hotel and chat to guests. Didn’t make it to the pool however the bath in the room was the size of a swimming pool."

"Had to call the manager to get keycodes to get into rooms. Why wasnt this sent in a separate message ??? Front door on second day had a broken lock so was left open with no front desk. Bed was well used, too soft. Electric shower was OK, but who has these now, should be mains fed. Room was eclectic Parisian theme....if the bed was more comfortable would come back (maybe) , but property as a whole felt like an HMO. and access to it was from the rear , not easy to find."
