"The check in was nice and easy and the receptionist was very friendly and informative, went to the room from the outside through a door at the side which was in much need of an update, as was the rest of the hotel, the room was basic but very clean had a view of the disused pool and overgrown garden, the view of the river however from the beer garden was very beautiful. The food was nice and staff friendly but It took forever to come and it seemed very disorganised, one hour forty five minutes...

"We had such a lovely stay at Langley Castle Hotel. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived and made the whole experience feel really special. "A lovely stay in a beautiful part of the world. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms, so can’t comment on the other accommodation, but our room was clean, if a little dated. The real positives were the staff, genuinely lovely and welcoming – along with excellent food and a great selection of local beers on tap. "Nice spacious and very clean room. Well facilitated with a tea tray and bottles of water. Room was immensely hot but thankfully able to open all the windows. Liked fresh cooked breakfast (as opposed to usual buffets) however I would love to see a better drinkable coffee being served and a little gripe - after requesting hard poached egg with no ‘snot’ my egg was totally snotty when I cut it and ran into my breakfast so didn’t eat much.
