"I had such a relaxing time at Slaley Hall. My humans have brought me here twice, the staff are really pleased to see me and make a big fuss if me, which I love. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had my own bed but the bed in the room looked very comfortable. The snacks I had were delicious, as was the food my humans ate, I heard them talking about how much they enjoyed their meals. Please could you fix the taps on the bath as every time they walked across the room they rattled...

Would recommend and will stay again. Only slight niggle only 1 bottle of water in the room for 3 people and 1 pack of biscuits. I appreciate putting 3 bottles in might be a waste but 2 between the 3 of us would have been better and 2 packs of biscuits would have meant we could all have 1 biscuit. "Nice team, they had only just taken over and there was no heating but they sorted a heater out and that was enough. Rooms were clean but I missed breakfast due to work. Lovely area. "

"A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. "
