"the room was clean, staff were super helpful, it’s not in historical center Plaza de Armas but it’s just 7 mins walk on rather steel street. But the staff is super excellence, they made sure you got help when needed. i wish there were more amenities in the room, such glass, boiler to make tea, soap in dispenser etc, although provide it for free at the lobby"

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags when we went on our various tours. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and fresh fruit. Avoid room 19 since it is by the reception area and can get loud. Close to the Plaza but away from the hubbub. Highly recommended!"
