"The house is beautifully decorated. High quality appliances and linens. Located in a quiet area with beautiful views of the mountains and sunrises and sunsets. Large fenced yard that gave our two dogs lots of area to run and be off leash. So much thought was put into providing guests what they need. So comfortable! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again."

"Drove from California, girls trip with my mother and sister. I surprised them with this rental, they thought we were staying in a hotel. We are all in love with this comfortable/ beautiful home and it's perfect location to everything we wanted to visit. The kitchen is very well equipped which was much appreciated when we cooked a few meals.100% would recommend anyone to stay in this cozy home situated in a quiet neighborhood. Oh, and excellent communication too!"

"The stay was one of the best I've ever had: the bed and room were so comfy, the bathroom was fabulous, and the location was so convenient. I am so glad I stayed there, and would recommend anyone who wants to have a very relaxing experience stay here!"

"It is near everything we wanted to see, Old town, Museums, Camino 66, Antique stores. We had a great visit!"

"The house is very nice. The view from the back yard of the Sandias is beautiful. The location of the property was close to lots of restaurants and stores (grocery, dollar tree, etc). It was about 10-15 minutes from several attractions in Albuquerque. We’d stay here again. "

"We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect and in a great location. We were close enough to family that we could visit but still go home in the evenings to relax. It was centrally located to stores and restaurants. The house was adorable with enough space that we weren’t on top of each otherand the owner was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit family."

"The tree house was a great place to stay. I enjoyed beautiful weather while i was there. The outdoor amenities are better than expected with the shower being the star. The hosts were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I only wish i could have stayed longer."

"My stay here was great. I loved having use of the large kitchen. However, the house would only sleep one person or a couple comfortably. The couch is small and would maybe work for small children. I would stay again when traveling alone or with my husband. "

"Property was perfect for our visit to ABQ. We had 11 adults at the house for the holiday weekend and everyone had a relaxing time. There was the pool, hot tub and deck area to relax in/on. Large table to play games and have meals at…living room sat 7 people if you wanted to watch tv. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of mountains too. "

"This home is so charming and cozy. We had a lovely stay with our daughter and our dogs. You can walk in minutes to historic old town shops, restaurants, wine cellars, and a grassy park. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again. "

"This home was within the country club area in downtown Albuquerque close to Old Town with access to I 40 and I 25. It's a quiet neighborhood with lots of large trees which is hard to find in Albuquerque. We loved our stay here and had everything we needed. Super sweet hosts with excellent communication."
