Industrial design with contemporary art! Bright, open and spacious. This condo has everything you need in the perfect location! Neighborhood includes great restaurants, laid back cafes and breweries, museums, and Old Town is nearby.

Close to Old Town, easy access to I-40. This 700sf condo is a 2 level open floor plan. The bedroom, bathroom and w/d is located on the 2nd floor.

This place is great for a weekend or couple of days visiting Albuquerque. The apartment is bright and airy and it’s nice to have the bedroom/bath upstairs from the living area. Communication with the owners is fast and easy and it is great that there is dedicated off-street parking. It would be hard to beat the location; you can walk to a lovely neighborhood grocery that has everything, there are cafes, tea shops, restaurants, and a bakery within a block, and the walk to beautiful Tiguex park and eventually Old Town is easy. I would have to agree with a previous rater that longer stays might be challenging if one wants to properly cook (kitchen amenities and layout) or sit outside, and it might be good to update how the bed sits in the frame. Otherwise, this apartment is recommended.

Pleasant stay, great location

Was a great landing pad for us as we were in town to do some family activities. Was a great refuge for rest and relaxation- the piñon coffee was a nice touch. We had a little trouble with the thermostat but otherwise was problem-free. Golden Crown Panaderia across the street was a nice bonus. Centrally located and easy to get all around Albuquerque and beyond. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and Enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay. Absolutely loved the decor, sofa and bed were our favorite. House had everything we needed. Taryn was welcoming and quick to respond with any concerns. Location is perfect with our favorite bakery right across the street. Beautiful 15 minute walk to Old Town, or quick drive with convenient parking in town. We will definitelystay here again!.

Perfect space and location

Conveniently located close to the old plaza, restaurants, parks, museums, and I-40. The bakery and restaurant right across the street with the biscochitos was wonderful and I frequented it many nights.

Great Condo!

The condo was perfect for a couple. Easy access to all highways. Short walking distance to a coffee shop, a bakery & a Mexican restaurant. Off-street parking. We hope to be back soon!

Clean, quiet. Very impressed!

The property was very clean. Located in a nice neighborhood. Had no problems falling asleep. Very nice bakery conveniently located directy across the street. A coffee shop just a walk away. Over all i was very impressed and will definitely book again.

Perfect central location

Cute little place, perfect for my husband and me. Walking distance to great food choices - blue corn crust pizza across the street was SO good. Easily walkable to museums. We even walked to a concert venue near downtown. Communication with the host was great.

Enjoyed the decor and layout of the apartment. The parking off the street was great and the lighting of the bakery across the street made it seem safer overall. The outdoor patios could be much more inviting if they were cleaner and spiffed up a bit especially the ground floor one.

Short Stay Ok but Longer Stay? Look Elsewhere

This unit is in a good location in between downtown and old town with several places within walking distance. It would be great for a couple nights stay where you wouldn't notice most things we did during our almost 2 week stint. Kitchen supplies are lacking (1 cooking utensil?) and in poor shape condition (scratched up skillets) and the kitchen just isn't functional for cooking. But the biggest issue was paying for 2 weeks for two people and only getting 2 backup toilet paper rolls. They mentioned only providing a starter setup of toiletries and things of that nature but they had more than enough of everything else besides toilet paper so that's just an odd thing to be stingy on in my opinion. For comparison, the next place we rented for just 1 week thru someone else had twice as much toilet paper than this place for half the time rented. Doesn't add up.
