"Flight was delayed and upon arrival the doors were locked, no staff was on site, the self serve kiosk was not working, and the 24/7 virtual assistance sent me voicemail repeatedly. I had a young child with me and we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in a foreign place."

"The staff were amazing. Hotel needs some upgrades. Electrical outlets wouldn’t hold cords and the security doors and gates to pool weren’t working. The breakfast was well run and food was ok. Parking was great. Honestly the staff was so kind and accommodating that the other issues seemed ..."
