"We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and clean place right in the heart of Provincetown. The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything P-town has to offer. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again!"

"The property was in a fantastic location and very well maintained. Close to everything you need but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was a really nice bonus too. Four of us were very comfortable staying splitting the bedrooms and the pull out couch. "

"We had plenty of reminders and communication before we arrived and on the day of arrival. The place is cute, with thoughtful details and provisions for guests, such as a set of towels in every room and a kitchen with everything you need, including Ziploc bags and menus. We walked to the beach along the dunes all the way to Herring Cove and walked back on the bike path. Perfect location for people who love walking or biking to the beach. "

"Charming is hardly a word for this property. The only AC is a window unit is in the bathroom directly across from the toilet. The only other window in the studio is inoperative because storm windows are bolted to them which prevents the windows from opening. I ended up keeping the door to the unit open and propping open the the storm door. The unit is extremely stuffy and fresh air is the only way to get any sort of relief. The ceiling fan is filthy and the side of the bed against the wall...
