"The front desk lady was the most professional. One front man was very smiling, polite, professional. The two others much too casual, lack of class, not the behavior expected from front desk staff. I was given an apartment with a view on a parking, while the site boasts a nice corner room with roof windows. They kindly swapped this one for another, slightly better, but I had no linen for the sofa bed. I waited 25-30 minutes at the lobby for someone to give me the set. There was no staff. They...
