"This is a brilliant location, this is not a typical hotel. It’s a bunch of room with shared clean bathrooms and a clean well equipped communal kitchen.
Evenings will get really loud due to the pub below. Like really really lounge

"It was windy and rainy when we flew into Melbourne but we were able to get to the hotel easily and most of the walk was undercover which was good. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Virgin luggage carousel to the hotel.
Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable and we got a free shuttle back to the airport at 03:30 the next morning which was handy, given the weather hadn't improved. We'd stay there again if we had a very early flight out of Tullamarine."

"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. "I was very happy to have buffet breakfasts included in our tarrif, also able to order for other meals. We were on the 31st floor, asked especially as a birthday celebration, on site carparking for an extra cost per day helped greatly. Room was x 2 singles, fabulous views (some great photos) with a big modern shower ensuite. Walking distance to ACMI where we wanted to go, approximately 25 mins or trams are close if preferred.

"Staff were friendly. Maintenance on rooms and overall cleanliness was pretty mid. There were white stains on the side of the bed, that I really didn't want to think too much about. It was quite a warm weekend I was staying and the cooling was pretty average. Couldn't open the window because you know city pigeons and street noise. Location is pretty spot on for being in the CBD. Close to amazing restaurants,cafes trains and trams"

"It’s value for money. Kids friendly, has warm pool, hot jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Enough shower rooms. (This facility area is not cleaned often due to high traffic, I feel the floor is a little too wet to walk around. I reckon the cleaning is overall too casually done.)
The room was big, 2 double beds enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. (A little downside is there is a sewage smell when I entered the room, wasn’t pleasant but I just tried to ignore)
