"We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. "

"We had a great time up North but stayed at one of the older buildings (1-K) and there were several outdated and noticeable issues. One of shelf inside the shower where you put the bar of soap was cracked…the bathroom doorknob came off where my handy wife fixed it and one of the closets was very spooky because it had a curtain inside the closet as a replacement for a wall. Other than that we are always pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back. Maybe we are offered a free weekend...

"Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip."

"The property owner greeted us and gave us a thorough walk thru of the property. He was very kind. The property was amazing and we had a very relaxing stay."

"Everything was great. Home was clean, had almost everything we needed, bedding, towels, kitchen fully stocked except needed a few more.forks. we ran out between dishwasher loads."

"We have been staying at this property for years and love it! Cleaning was a bit spotty, but still worth the stay!"

"This is a great property! It is private and quiet yet you can be in downtown Naples in a few minutes. Very clean with lots of natural light. Plenty of room inside when it is raining but also lots of space outside when it is nice out…and the river passes on both sides of the property because it is on a bit of a peninsula! Also, some older reviews mentioned issues with high mineral content in the water…the house has a filter now and no issues at all with my sensitive skin!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Beautiful, Spacious Grand Blanc Mountain home. This is our annual trip with friends and family to go snowmobiling in the White Mountains. We have stayed previously and we could not wait to come back!The house is large with enough bedrooms for 12 and 5 bathrooms which is great if you want some privacy or you can get together and and accommodates a large group with a great kitchen and massive game room for entertainment . When we were not cooking meals together,...

"We booked a weekend getaway and our stay was very pleasant. It was an older cottage and some updating is needed but it had a very cozy feel. The fire pit and listening to the choppy water was very relaxing. The highlight of the trip was the views. Omg was it so breathtaking. Would definitely book again. "

"Lovely place, very cleaned everything you need except shampoo but I brought some. Beds and couches were comfy. Walk to the pond was a bit farther than expected but a nice walk and the view was perfect . Close to town and grocery store we enjoyed our stay. "

"Beautiful condo right at the base lodge of Cranmore! Very clean and fit all 7 of us adults nicely. Definitely spacious enough to host more people as well!"

"I stayed for a long weekend with my spouse, 3 cousins, 1 dog, and 3 girls age 9-11. We all had a blast with the indoor pool especially the kids. The pool table also got a lot of use. I liked that there were TVs and thermostats in every room. The house was very clean and cozy. The host Andrea was easy to communicate with when I had any questions and got someone out quickly to plow the driveway when we got a ton of snow overnight. There’s also a lot to do in the area like outlets and restaurants....
