The room itself was very nice. The cabin had a great bed, was roomy and the vaulted ceiling was a nice touch. The bathroom was functional but needs some aesthetic work...

Not super clean, doesn’t look like the photos, very small bathroom/shower and smells like an older camp.

The cottage was very clean and quaint. The bed was great. Two things that surprised us There was a tv that had no connection and a coffee maker with no coffee or cups.

The cabin was absolutely adorable. The bed was comfortable and the little stove made it warm and cozy. It was dark inside, just 3 lamps, and there isn’t a hook or hanger anywhere for coats. Then there’s the bathroom. The floor around the toilet was so soft we were afraid we were going to go through. There were no hooks for towels or even a toilet paper holder. The shower looked like something from a hunting shack. I didn’t even take a shower, it was too scary. With a bathroom upgrade these cabins would be really nice.

The room was clean, staff answered immediately with the questions we had to get in the room, fireplace a nice touch. Our only suggestions would be to get the blinds fixed. As a female to have some of the blinds missing- it’s an easy fix to keep that place feel private and safe. The bed was not comfortable so we suggest a topper or change it. The towel warmer was broke and we would have loved to have a rack for our bags. Instructions for the room and how things worked would a good idea.

Classic North Conway over priced mom & pop operation. Old cobbled together cabin with a cramped bath, uneven floors and crappy TV choices. It was clean and the towels were OK.

The property was really cute and quaint. There was a area behind the shower that was clearly visible when sitting on the toilet full of mousetraps and other gross stuff. I took the shower curtain and then moved it to hide it. The other problem was the tv didn't work , but eventually somebody got back to us and we had to unplug it and plug it back in.

Difficult to get cottage # and keypad code - got stuck in Expedia middle ground. Had no heat in the cottage. Quick to send maintenance, but couldn’t repair the gas system so he brought an electric heater as an effective interim solution. Cottage had only 1 trashcan. None in the bathroom. Bathroom had an unused wall mount for the tp. Tp was just a loose roll on towel shelf.

The main are of the cottage was nice, plenty of room to move around while having a king sized bed in the middle. Bathroom was a bit rough with age but overall functional. Pool area looked clean and nice; only stayed for a night and didn’t get to enjoy it. Check-in was a little at first confusing, if you used Expedia or other 3rd party sites, but calling them directly made everything easier to get number and code for the cottage. The cottages were centrally located to all the nice shops and restaurants, so overall it was a nice experience and stay.
