The property was cute and at first glance appeared very clean but we noticed major cobwebs in the main room as well as apparent water damage to the ceiling. The outside has potential but needs some tlc with the landscaping. There were thistles all throughout the flower beds and the hydrangeas were never cut back last fall as they still had dead blooms on them. Overall though it worked out well for a quiet girls weekend.

cozy little cottage

The cottage was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We only stayed for a weekend but would have stayed longer if we had time. We appreciated having the fire pit and being next to the water. It's in a very quiet area and a short drive to the ferry for the islands.

Very clean and well furnished.

The neighborhood was very well kept, very quiet and the house was very clean, great location. I hope they fix the boat dock on the rear of the property because i was up there on a fishing trip and could have used it but all in all the house was very nice. Would stay there again.

Quaint Little House

Older but clean little house qith cabin feel. Large yard for all kinds of games i.e. frisbee, catch, bags.... Kids can fish right there at the house. Not sure whats in there but fish were jumping and coming to top. TV was great and overall a good place to come back to after fishing.

Peaceful cottage on the water

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a cute cottage situated on a nice corner lot with the canal on two sides of the property. There is great fishing on the canal from the bank. The community seems to be low key & quiet. We are leaving feeling more relaxed!
