"We loved our stay! The farmhouse was so quaint and vintage and was just what we were looking for. The staff/owner was lovely, pleasant and accommodating. The classic English breakfast was delicious, especially with the recently made homemade jam. Our only issue was gps routing us in a wrong direction and not realizing the entrance was through the gate that was closed. The online map said it was .9 of a mile from the city center of Castle Combe, which is true if you walk it. That turned out...

"We had a lovely large room and en-suite bathroom at Laurel House. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had tea making facilities also.
Our hosts Gilly and Hugh provided a wide range of choices for breakfast including healthy options and fresh fruit. The dining room overlooks a lovely garden and off-street parking was available. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, though we are not fast walkers so usually took about 25mins."

Located in a beautiful, rural area with plenty to see and experience nearby. The property is stunning and very well-maintained.
