"Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. "

"Very clean and modern.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Value was good for what we paid.. I'm only disappointed with the claim that this was a premium king bed "suite" that I chose. Go to Candlewood suites or Residence Inn and you'll find separate living, bed, and kitchen areas, regardless of size or walls. Kitchen amenities always include full refrigerator, cook stove, dishes and utensils. All we got here was a 20 inch wide slot in the wall with a tiny microwave and tiny refrigerator...

"With an arrival scheduled past midnight, and too late to pick up a rental car, we booked this property based on the close proximity to the airport and the 24/7 on demand shuttle service. Both were good. We did have to wait quite a while for the shuttle . . . but the delay was explained by a wonderfully friendly shuttle driver, explaining he was very low on gas and had to stop to fill up. In the morning, the staff cheerfully insisted on driving me across the street to the rental car...

"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."

"Sink in bathroom was falling off the wall. Room condition old and not clean. Continental breakfast wasn't either maintained or stocked. Under sink was patched repeatedly with caulk and there was rust everywhere. Not safe area. "

"Staff in the morning shift on 04/09/2026 is very unprofessional. They have not idea how treat the customer. I received the email from hotel this morning if I want to do late check out. The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right "
